It is a great lock. Remote control by phone. I can open or lock or create a code for anyone I trust to open or close. I love it as I have some mobility problem to go downstairs and open the door.

Good app. Just needs a few more features like specific notifications. Right now it's all or nothing. It would be nice to only get notifications on certain locks. This is obviously only a problem if you have multiple locks installed.

Garbage app and garbage customer service. Had to open a second weiser account on a second google play account on an old phone because it no longer lets me have 2 locks for 2 completely separate bnb doors. Did all your fake fixes, but truth is your product is just trash. I'd hurl locks into the ocean if I could. All from your stupid forced update. Just leave things alone or hire someone with a brain

Not secure. Even though biometric lock is enabled, am still able to get into app and see all my keypad lock codes. Have restarted the phone, cleared the data cache for the app and no luck. Not good.
