It used to be 48hrs to collect a repeat prescription. Then for Weld ricks it's 5 working days. Now for some reason at the Sheffield 26 branch I'm having to order two weeks in advance and still get a slip for tablets owed. This is with the app (to make it easier??) sending me progress updates. Appalling service. I need important medication and have limited time to collect because of work/travel. Why can't you have a regular customers meds in stock???

Previous app was hopeless the medication and reorder functions did not work making totally useless. The latest version is even worse, there is not even a medication reminder, what is the point? A child could have done better, email on a Sunday saying meds were ready, called on Tuesday still not been actioned reminder to reorder still does not work. Reminder to take medication does not exist. What is the point. Links to NHS app anyway so what is the point of rhis
