The medical notes section is cluttered with no separate sections for allergies, immunizations, or recalls. It would be more effective if the primary screen displayed a list or icons of items that are more efficiently organized. Furthermore, the application fails to provide essential features such as the ability to send emails to doctors and phone/video consultations. It appears that everything is bundled together, and there are no sections for different functionalities. This makes it challenging to navigate and use the application effectively. Lastly, the app requires a strong internet connection to function, which can be a significant inconvenience not to mention the lack of being able to access it from a device other than a mobile. Overall, the user interface and user experience could be significantly improved to provide a more efficient and user-friendly service.
