★★★★★ Contacting Well online has solved some of my issues, and it did allow me to get the medication I was after, the pharmacy is a different matter as it was unfortunate that they are low staffed, and we're unable to fulfill my blister pack supply, but it took two months for me to find out that they are no longer issuing any blister packs to anyone at all, my Son has had to make at least six trips to get medication, and it was only today that he was told no more blister packs.

★★☆☆☆ Dreadful service. I made the mistake of installing this app. As soon as I logged into it, I was registered for my meds to be delivered by mail. The first I knew of it was when I got an email telling me that I would get my latest prescription in 2 to 4 days. I never asked for delivery. I've got to wait at home for 4 days, in case the delivery shows up. I rang the helpline. They won't cancel the delivery. Edit I saw their answer to my feedback. I didn’t see anything that gave me the choice.

★★☆☆☆ THEY STEAL YOUR MEDICATION, GP won't send it again because it was already sent to them, and they say they don't have it. Sent me a parcel "urgent" (they said, but it was sent on 48tracked service. How is that urgent?) When parcel arrived, it was supposed to have 5 items but only had 1.... box wasn't even sealed. Now I can't get hold of them, they take hours to reply even if you reply to their message straight away. I'm left without medication and no solution now!

★★☆☆☆ Well was working great for me until there was a medication shortage. My medication simply didn't show up! They didn't inform me of the shortage, didn't inform me that they weren't going to deliver my order, and they didn't give me any info about what to do next. A warning that a medication order can't be fulfilled would be the least I'd expect.
