★★☆☆☆ You would think a multi-billion dollar company could run an app to access your accounts easy. But that is not the case. Westpac app is trash and hardly works, do better westpac

★★☆☆☆ Have been unable to use the app whilst overseas. Emailed Westpac, and they are aware of it and working to fix the issue, but it has been almost a month with no progress. Updated the app to the latest version and managed to log in once before it crashed again. Lucky I have my ANZ account/app still active which works perfectly from overseas. Not good enough Westpac (no wonder the app has such a low rating).

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app. Impossible to use from Australia. It's logged me out and can't log back in. Managed to log in once. My fingerprint recognition has now disappeared off it too. Would be easier to fly back to NZ and go into the bank, if they still have them. I use the Comm bank app here in Australia, and it is light years ahead.
