It is really helpful to learn and track macros and have access to so many low-carb/keto recipes. I have a plus membership, but I may upgrade to Premium to use the meal plans and / or grocery list options.

Easy to learn, easy to adjust food quantities. Encouraging to see your Macro percentages/takes a lot of the guess work out. Wish they had scanning barcode as well as some Keto bought foods can be enterred.

Requires you to select low-carb or keto to sign up. I'm looking for an app to track my macros and micros to make sure I'm getting enough. I have not interested in lowering or eliminating anything other than animal products from my diet (since I'm vegan). I didn't get past 3/4 of the sign-up because you're required to select either low-carb or keto to create an account. I have no interest in either, and I specifically wanted something that was nutrition focused *not* diet focused.

Despite spending $150 on an annual subscription and the plus upgrade, they still make a bunch of the best keto recipes inaccessible unless you buy and register their hardcover keto recipe book from Amazon. No, thanks, I'll ask for a refund instead.

I wish I could have the whole app for free. Because I cannot afford it. But I need it. It would be easier. And also when I use the free app. It keeps spinning and spinning, and it is real slow.

Best to use if not customizing foods: This is a great app to use if you ONLY cooked from Maya's meal plans. I instantly had issues when I tried to add a keto coffee recipe. There is no database for me to pull nutrient info from, and I was expected to add the macro info for the whole recipe in one go. For the price (I signed up for a year, which is still $50 total), customizing foods should be possible and easy. *However, if you plan to ONLY cook from Maya's recipes, this is the app for you.
