Useful but could be more helpful! I appreciate being able to keep my passes here (especially when I have to show it to the fare check people) BUT I do wish I could understand everything it tells me. I live in Vienna, but I don't speak or read German. When something happens (like a tram or train delay) I can look in the app and see that the information is in there, but it's also in German and I can't even select the text to put in a translator. Either add language support or let me copy text.

Good app, but please add (optional) notifications for when your tickets expire (like the Jahreskarte or the semester tickets)

The last update didn't do any good. Every time I open the app is frozen to the last seen or shows no information. The old version updated the info from the last view. With the update you loose unnecessary time going in and out to get update of the time and station even if you didn't move from that place. And sometimes takes forever to load. Too bad because this is the app that I'm using all day long.

I'm sorry, the app is too intrusive. You don't need to give your apartment number for a ticket, pay online and download the QR code or whatever they use in Vienna. The other option is to just go to the stations and get a ticket there.

Log in doesn't work and couldn't buy any tickets as it links to a broken website. Whole official transport website doesn't work. Need to be able to log in and buy tickets inside the app itself. If I could give it zero stars I would, all this app does is give you a headache.
