I love wiglenwifi this app is awesome when it works fine with your phone. I'm having problems and I don't know it's it just me, when uploading into Kml or csv files there timestamp is 4 hrs back ? I never had these problems I download it on other phones my phone is much older, so I did it on a newer phone, and it had the same problem. Got the app from Google and f droid. It's not working any phone I had but know when it works correctly is awesome.

I love wigle and this app really does a great job of making war driving easy and fun. I'm consistently surprised by how well it performs - it gets really close to the results from my Raspberry Pi kismet rig (which has 4 Wi-Fi adapters!) and it's so easy to use. I'm on a relatively cheap phone (OnePlus Nord n20) and haven't had any issues while getting excellent results.

It was my favorite war driving app....BUT....IT DOESN'T WORK......the map doesn't show networks and I can't even log in......so sad 😢 this really passes me off 100% what are the alternatives??!

UPDATE: Dev is a liar and should not be trusted. I have video and logs proving it still scans when stopped/paused. PREVIOUS: 1 star because when you turn off scanning it will still scan. This actually violates hacking laws because wigle is accessing your hardware even though you specifically clicked to stop/pause scanning. If it actually stopped scanning when you clicked stop then the app would be 3 star; because of several bugs that have gone unfixed for many years.

Click on map, no Wi-Fi hotspots. I thought that if you're in a new place you could find free Wi-Fi hotspots??

This would be great if only it were secure. When in use, the hackers take it over and disable it or use my Hotspot. It would also be nice if you could add an email and share while scanning. Please secure this app.
