WAY better than any other app I used, you can give every detail from your year into this app to get the most out of your tax return. Other apps haven't asked me about Job applications and travel and moving cost, which this app has gotten over €100 more for me than apps like Tax fix and Turbot. And an extra 200 for my girlfriend.

The app is pretty good until you experience a problem and try to contact customer service. The Customer service is literally bad. I have been trying to get hold of them regarding a technical problem in the app but no response. I try to call them the line is always busy not one day I tried in 2 days straight no response. I have written email too and guess what no answer. I don't know how to contact them to resolve the problem.

Bad copy of Elster and Elster is bad already. No overview. Errors, unclear explanation on the errors (whoever created this must be mental), no idea how to solve them - or where. I was 3 months in the office and the rest in my company's office, a simple task you would think - this app does not manage. Printed out the papers from Finanzamt, after 30 min I was done. Useless app(s) indeed.
