This app does not work right. I went into the App, and it says internet unavailable even though I am connected then when I keep tapping as it says unavailable access it gets me in the App and only shows 1 device connected then it asks type in the code serial number and model and I do that, and it still does not connect. Says wrong code, please scan code. I have tried everything. It constantly buffers and then says no device connected. It has issues.

Just want to say thank u for taking the seriousness of my accounts, and my well-being as well as my families a priority. Not long ago we got the router installed and all my accounts have been breached since. I'm very upset to find out that the firmware was not up-to-date at the point install. For full access u have to pay $15, so now I'm just trying to get the remote access that's been connected to my laptop fixed. . Google1, Microsoft no help and I paid for the year. Wish I felt safe at home
