★★★★★ I always enjoy various classes. Instructors are very good staff pleasant and helpful.

★★☆☆☆ The app is not easy to use, especially when it comes to payment. You can book a session but need authorization from bank to pay, and requires you to go into your banking app to get authorization. There is no communication with your bank so when you go into your banking app there is nothing to authorize. Therefore, the xcite app declines your payment and cancels your booking. The only way to guarantee getting a session, such as swimming, is to ring the center and book over the phone, 0 star,

★★☆☆☆ Terrible. Constantly freezes. Have to log in to book pool session but won't email you the details you need to create an account and then says your email address is already in use. Useless.
