Most buses on time. Sometime buses not on app. But I can watch for the bus going down street so know it will come up. Use the app all the time. It handy for getting buses when you need them.

The journey planner does not provide accurate information. It tells me to walk 9 mins to get a bus when the bus passes the bottom of my street - only 1 min away. If this was corrected I would put the rating to 4 stars, possibly even 5

Seems that nothing about Explore is at least half decent. Not only is the actual bus service poor, but the app is also atrocious. Xplore has been repeating over and over that it is our responsibility to "plan ahead" but how on earth can we do that when the app never shows if buses are cancelled or late, the times given are not accurate at all, and you can't even see timetables for one day ahead!
