Not as efficient as the developers claims. For example, I log in my account in the xtime application, oh I need to take a photograph okay switch to camera app take a photo and switch back to xtime. Less than 1 minute oh guess what you have to log in all over again every time. Big waste of time. Could use some work in other areas of the application as well

Constantly having to sign back in. Getting automatically logged out in middle of attaching a picture to a job line. Frequent app and website crashes. I use it because my company says I have too. If the app is down, there's no way to attach pics via the website.
