App keeps closing, so uninstalled and reinstalled, same thing so deleted all details and then registered a new email. Now when I open it, says can't find serial number !.. Confused isn't the word. Was fine untill the app updated. Sort it out please

Can't connect my DVR to this app. There's no help section or guidance of any kind. I can ping my DVR but can't connect it to the Internet. Can't view my cameras on a PC on the same private network. Support site is no better.

I can't access the camera from my mobile phone... But can view it from the computer which I have directly connect to nvr... My internet works fine app says incorrect password but which is the same password that I have saved in my wallet very poor
