1- Very worst customer support ever faced in my lifetime 2-No response on toll-free number, their WhatsApp, inquiries option in app, calling their Head office or from the local branch office 3- if you hire car, please be ready to face unexpected claim charged to you even you are not at fault, please make sure to take photo of car of all sides, interior, spare tire, accessories, even tire. (I am a victim for tire. They charged me stating tire damaged. Actually I drove on main highway only 282 KM)

They are the worst rental office I ever dealt. They over-charge me SAR-100 by showing me a minor scratch over the windscreen of the car. Even, the staff their fail to provide me proof that this wasn't present while I rent this car. Please THINK twice before dealing with this particular office at Yanbu airport. Else, I recommend saving a full video of car while you rent from them, so they can't deceive you while returning.
