You can select from several types of yoga, lengths of practice, speed of transition, instructor voice, model, which poses you don't like and which ones you do, which areas you want to focus on. Whether you are a beginner like me or a yogi master, this app has something for everyone of every level.

★★★★★ I just want to say, as a paying user of this app since 2021, it is absolutely worth it! If you struggle to make it to yoga classes in person, but find benefit from guided practice, this is the app for you. I have a chronic pain condition that makes in person practice impossible, but part of my treatment plan is daily stretches. Practice is totally customizable to your fitness level, time, and how you're feeling that day. Updates over the years have only improved the apps' applicability for me.

★★☆☆☆ Asked me to sign up before I could try any sessions, and insisted I pay the subscription even though it previously said I could try it for free for the rest of the month

★★☆☆☆ Down dog deleted my previous review and has not changed. Down dog used to provide free yoga practice with additional in-app purchases to provide access to more. This is not a free app, literally nothing is available with the "free version" This is wasting space on the app store when good people provide free practice.

★★☆☆☆ I have unsubscribed last year and now this month, they charged me for no reason 14.99. Scam
