Wow! I struggle from lower back pain and, regrettably, am over weight, but after a few days of the yoga instuction from this app, as well as decent walking and exercise, my lower back pain is almost entirely gone. The poses were difficult at first, but have become easier as my body becomes more limber. I definitely would recommend this app; it's free too, so what is there to lose?

Odd that all poses are demonstrated by a woman, given that this app is for men. Surely more useful to see a man's body going through the movements, especially because centre of gravity will be different, and also to combat the common ingrained belief that men's bodies "cannot" be as flexible. Otherwise looks good, well structured.
