Love this app and fast service. The taxi company dispatch needs to be in sync with the app as well there are 2 ways to obtain a ride just book in the app or call the office to book a ride, although this way does not show up in app. Otherwise, eighter way be ready out front because 2 min will come really quickly. Thanks dispatch and thanks drivers. You can even add an another stop that's a + 👌

#1 - IT IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS THAT IS NO WAY TO TIP THE DRIVER THROUGH THE APP! There's no way to know that, and then the driver is screwed If you don't have cash. As far as functionality of the app, it seems like it needs work. It showed the driver was 1 minute away when it was more like 4 and continued to show driver was 1 minute away for the entire ride. I'd rather use an actual taxi cab driver than the other services, but the app needs to be up to par for people to want to use it.

Terrible. Takes your money first then assigns a driver who then refuses to take the fare. Then you're passed on to another driver who does the same thing until you finally give up. All these taxi drivers were whining about a lack of business and now that they're getting the business they don't want it. Meh.
