I used their form to submit a complaint about my situation and all the hoops I have to jump through every 90 days just for $24 In SNAP benefits. It's the 3rd degree, stressful, and hardly worth it anymore to have to get all those forms filled out on time from my employer and bank. I'm 70, have cancer, and have to work part-time just to have enough to live on. Like most govt. agencies, I never heard from them.

It suddenly won't open on my phone. It's very aggravating. It's been working fine until now. What's happening: Every time I try to log in either with my username and password or with biometrics it sends me to a screen that says system error try again later. I have installed and re-installed it, I have turned my device off and back on, and I have checked to see if it needs to updated both the app and my phone system. And still nothing.

App won't allow me to log in, with my correct info. Won't allow me to change my password. Trash app. Also, your trash website is just as useless. Same issue, and calling doesn't help. I mailed my renewal, it never got delivered, and I am not able to renew online, as well as your Arkansas pass office has been closed for over a week, and I'm told until the 27th. So thanks for nothing.

Instructions on how to use this app are worthless The creators have to be imbeciles. Try finding out how to change your phone number, not one instruction, not any information given. Finally, after 2 months, I decided do just try anything and I found it. You have to click on a case and report a change. Definitely not in the instructions or help section.
