My wife and I used Yugo whilst we were in Mauritius on our honeymoon, and we were both very impressed! The prices are very reasonable in comparison to traditional taxis, and the pre-booking feature makes getting around the island easy. Our drivers were all very dependable. We did experience one minor issue, but the support line was extremely professional in resolving it and also gave us a discount for our next journey as a consolation. Overall I'd highly recommend using this user-friendly app.

I travelled through Yugo in early December from Port Louis to Port Louis and the trip cost Rs 500 now I wanted to be rebooked for same trip but to my great astonishment the fare is now Rs 750. It's a bit too expensive for such a short distance

This App is totally useless, and I would not suggest people to download and use it. I have put money in my wallet. Each time I try to book for a taxi, it shows me that all drivers are busy/unavailable. I believe this is the worst taxi app ever in Mauritius, and it should definitely close down. If someone from Yugo sees my message please refund me whatever is available in my wallet.

SCAM ALERT! Do not give your credit card info to these guys. I hate to leave a bad review because Mauritius really needs an Uber-like option, but this ain't it. I booked a ride to the airport and after entering my credit card info I got a message saying only "Processing..." which persisted for 2 days. So I canceled and found another ride, but then a $50 charge shows up on my CC statement and Yugo refuses to refund the full amount, for a ride I didn't take! That's very un-Uber-like behavior.
