Our company have this app...bit I can't logg in .I have Samsung 6 galaxy, it asks me to reset my password and then will send a link for my password to my email, but it never sends.I still cannot logg in

In the last few months it constantly asks me to log in and even when I do, it returns me to the login screen. I may manage to actually get into the app after several attempts, or I just give up. Also, it asks me for Authentication all the time. For me the whole idea of having the app is to be able to open immediately and see what I need in a quick overview.
