Fraud App, Very disappointed, booked hotel via zen hotels and there was no booking when we reached there. Hotel manager told this is fraud usually happens via zen hotels. There is no refund. Total fraud people. Raising this app and website to Cybercrime India

I am writing to share my disappointing experience with Zen Hotels and to warn others about potential fraudulent bookings. I booked three Premier Double rooms with a Lagoon view at Alcántara The Palm Dubai Resort Hotel for Eid holidays. Despite paying in full and receiving confirmation, the hotel informed me that my booking was fake, and they had not received any payment from Zen Hotels. Finally, I paid from my pocket. I strongly advise against using zen hotels due to their fraudulent practices.
