Absolutely trash experience. Overpriced, untrained dog groomers. On top of that, there were no instructions or disclaimers given about the service. I had to hold on to my dog while the drying was happening. They had no plan or restraint while bathing her. Garbage app, company will shut down soon, I guarantee it. 2 bit cheats

Don't like the service at all. Timing issue - I have booked for 3 pm, and then they continuously called and asked for change in reschedule. Then they arrived at 5.45 and started theri service. I have booked for complete kitchen cleaning with chimney and batroom cleaning. I have to continuously monitor them for cleaning, and they were very reluctant to accept feedback or instructions. EVEN AFTET COMPLETE CLEANING THEY WERE UNABLE TO DEEP CLEAN CHIMNEY. It still has oil deposits.
