My wife and I both love this car wash, free vacuum with wash and cleaning solution and towels to dry ur ride, but I haven't found a way to add a service to my basic wash, or if u can do that, but great job and I tell all my friends and family

I love Webb City Zips! It's the first car wash that has got the back of my car clean. Thanks to all the guys that work there. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Every place has its problems, but most of these things are things the employees can't do anything about. Just be patient and let them get someone to come and fix them. You got 5 stars from me!!

Car wash damaged my car. I canceled the app and account. They're still trying to charge my card. Luckily it's a separate account for bills. But 15 times after I canceled is ridiculous!!! App doesn't connect with their system at all. It has to go to a human to have your account canceled which mine has and still they keep trying!

I went to the car wash to get my truck washed. After completing the wash I went to one of the cleaning stations. There were no towels to be found in any of the cleaning stations. So I had to use dirty one, so I could clean my rims. I used my own towels to wipe down my truck. As I was getting ready to leave one of the workers was waiting for his friend to finish washing their car. He walked out the side door and gave them clean towels. I guess you need to be a friend to get clean towels.

Does not work. Says, "We've discontinued sales of car washes through the app ". Pointless. The Zips attendant couldn't help with it either
