★★★★★ I love the browser based Windows app which works properly in every way I've tried. This Android app is almost horrible. Contacts don't come in with names from your history, texts I send vanish, no notification at times of incoming texts, and duplicate texts and contacts. Please fix, so we can use your service on a mobile device! Much improved on the app and browser based since my review a few years ago!

★★★★★ We use this for our company. It's a great tool to help us schedule and get feedback from clients. We've used zip whip for a couple of years now but the past week or so we're not receiving notifications on our phones for an incoming text. I have updated, verified notifications were on, logged out and logged back in. Still no notifications after the update. I don't think this last update got out all the bugs. It's a great tool for work but would love if the features worked consistently.

★★★★★ Hands down we love our Zip Whip, the customer service is the best. We feel Zip Whip goes above and beyond on everything they do. Over the years we have had the honor to work with so many of the Zip Whip team members and have never been let down. They ask for feedback for product enhancements and listen to your ideas. They keep you updated on upgrades and share with you how others are utilizing Zip Whip to make what you do even better. The software/App is super easy to use; if you can text you can use Zip Whip. The templates make it convenient, keywords help with marketing campaigns, and being able to search back through conversations is a time saver. The cost is very reasonable without all the overhead and long-term contracts of other vendors. We would recommend Zip Whip to anyone or any business who wants to make your day-to-day communications efficient and convenient. We could not ask for a better business to work with, that is why we say Zip Whip part of our family.

★★☆☆☆ Unreliable. There's even odds you won't be alerted that a text came in unless you proactively check, and even then you're probably going to have trouble logging in. Not as bad as the desktop app, but that's far from praise. As soon as I find a different service, I've that works, I'm switching.

THIS LOOKS LIKE A GREAT PLACE TO START A BUSINESS....ZIPSLIP SHOWS UP IN THE PLAY STORE AS AN APP FOR THE PUBLIC TO DOWNLOAD TO THEIR CELL PHONES AND YET A CELL NUMBER WILL NOT WORK WITH THIS HERE ZIPSLIP. HERES A THOUGHT... DON'T PUT AN APP ON Google Play Store FOR CELL PHONES IF IT DOESN'T WORK ON CELLPHONES MY BUSINESS LINE IS ON MY CELL PHONE AND ZIPSLIP SAID NOPE IT WON'T WORK ON MY PHONE. IT'S LIKE BUYING A CELLPHONE THAT RUNS ON BATTERY BUT IT WON'T TAKE A BATTERY THIS IS 2021.

★★☆☆☆ At first, it was fine now it's not I'm going somewhere else this isn't a way to run a business you can't even text anyone because it keeps crashing.

★★☆☆☆ This app is horrible. For literally Tha last ten (10) months I have been sending support requests as the app does not notify when new texts come in. I reach out in early September and finally get someone on the phone who has Android, and they download it (shocking that they don't use their own app) and verify that it doesn't download new texts unless you refresh. It has now been an over six weeks and one update later and guess what. Tl;Dr This app is useless doesn't notify you when you receive texts.

★★☆☆☆ Keeps logging me out & when I try to log back in I either get a username/password error (which neither are entered incorrectly) nor it says its loading text messages, and then it immediately kicks me out of the program again. Also, when I do manage to get logged in every time I sent a text it says "Cannot send. Tap to retry." Even though it says it's not sending the message if you look on the desktop program the message actually did send. The phone app is HORRIBLE. Use the desktop program instead.
