★★★★★ No hunting of food on each station, is what I did on my recent train journey. I save zoop India WhatsApp no. & send hi to them. I got 1 popup. I click on view option. They ask abt my ticket detail, pnr num, so I just fill it. After it teams send link of restaurant. I order pav bhaji & extra pav while going Indore. My food delivered on time. Pav bhaji was nice & pav was with extra butter pack. There were onion slices. I had a great experience of it. Good service & customer support in train, love it,

★★★★★ Before boarding in train, I took my food with me which I ordered from a hotel but when I thought to have dinner, I was shocked as my parcel was missing. I realized it must be left on station. Being hungry an idea clicked into my mind for online food on train. When I search there was list of apps. After I read reviews of zoop india app, I opened this app & made my order. I was not sure that I could get it as it was too late but fortunately, my food was delivered on time & tasty as well. Best app.

★★☆☆☆ Anyone gives no prepaid order to them. They promise that they give delivery on your seat but at delivery time they asked to come you on the gate to deliver and if you don't able to do so they cancel your order and give no refund. Totally fraud. This app should be removed from the play store and IRCTC should take action on them on the basis of critical reviews. They are cheater.

★★☆☆☆ Bad service did not deliver the order on time and no response about refund

★★☆☆☆ Did not get food on time. After calling to customer care no one is answering, payment also done. Now we have to stay hungry until next time station come.
